UPCOMING ACTIVITIES
Worship
Our hybrid worship service utilizing our fellowship hall and the church parking lot continues this week. The worship service will continue to be recorded and posted on our YouTube channel which can be accessed through our website.
 

Congregation Meeting

The next Congregational Meeting will be Sunday, February 28th immediately after the 10am service. The agenda is committee reports, election of new council members and voting on expense for HVAC system.

Adult Forum News

Our adult forum discussion and presentations will begin on Sunday, February 7th after worship service.

Book Club
You are invited to join in on a study of "Authentic Christianity" by  Gene Veith Jr. and A. Trevor Sutton following Vespers beginning on Wednesday night March 3rd. The book explores what it means to be the church in amidst the challenges of modern times. Please contact Judy White (jafwhite@comcast.net) or Laurie Jones (lajones@aacps.org). You can find the book on Amazon. The church does have a few copies on hand, so please reach out to pastor Mark if you would like one. 

Congregation Directory
Preparation will begin soon for a 2021 Directory. Please send to the church office a recent photo of your family you may have taken over the holidays and would like to have included in the Directory. If you are new to the church or have moved, or changed any of your information,(email or phone numbers)  please send your information to the Church office at Church@annapolislutheran.org and we will update your information.

 

HELP Needed
AELC is actively looking for volunteers to serve as the Christian Education Ministry Chairperson. This person will work with Pastor Mark on determining curriculum, personnel and philosophy of Christian Education at AELC. If you believe that God is calling you to this position, please contact Pastor Mark  at mark.metze@yahoo.com or the church office at church@annapolislutheran.org.

AELC is also in need of a Media Team/Publicity Team Member.  This person will assist with recording Worship services and editing and publishing information about the church. Please contact the church office at church@annapolislutheran.org if you able to volunteer and assist the Media Team.


Bible Study 
Join the men’s Wednesday morning Bible study at 8:00 a.m. via Zoom. Please contact Pat Ogle (pat.ogle@lnf.com) for information about connecting through Zoom software. There is no Thursday Bible study this week.


Youth Activities  
Watch for more information on the April Service Project with Orphan Grain Train.
